As a Channel Solution Engineer, I support partners in implementing Ydentic and unlocking its full potential. My goal is to give partners more time to focus on complex challenges by streamlining and optimizing their core processes. I also help establish HR integrations and work on onboarding partners into the AvePoint Elements platform, ensuring they can use it more intelligently and effectively.

Focus on User Management and Baselines Link to heading

My specialization lies in user lifecycle management – from joiners and movers to leavers – with a strong focus on bringing access management as close to the end user as possible. In addition, I contribute to the development of Baselines, an approach that enables Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to quickly identify gaps in their promised service delivery. This gives partners instant insight into areas for improvement.
